1. Applicable Law
The applicable law for the company RTM Networks B.V. which is operated out of The Netherlands is Dutch law.
2. Jurisdiction and Venue
RTM Networks B.V. is a company operated out of The Netherlands and falls under Dutch jurisdiction. It is registered with the Dutch Chambre of Commerce under number 82264058.
The venue for any law suits shall be at Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, in the city of Assen, The Netherlands:

3. Liability
RTM Networks B.V. assigns address space in good faith and according to the RIPE NCC's guidelines and regulations. Any misconduct is without RTM Networks B.V.'s knowledge and without its consent. Therefore RTM Networks B.V. cannot be held liable for any misconduct by its clients. Obviously, RTM Networks B.V. shall do whatever is in its power to prevent any forms of misconduct.
4. No Refunds
Unless your service is no longer provided you are not entitled to a refund.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately, if your invoice is overdue you will get terminated.
6. Blacklisted IP Addresses
If any IP address assigned to Client gets listed on either Spamhaus and/or Barracuda blacklist, a fine of EUR 10 + VAT if applicable per blacklisted IP address will be charged. The first few occurances Client shall be given the chance to resolve the matter and delist the IP address(es). After three occurances, your service can be immediately terminated. Termination shall be decided solely at RTM Networks B.V. its discretion.
7. Due Diligence
During the validation process various documents may be requested from Client to validate the order its legitimacy. After verification, albeit approved or rejected, RTM Networks B.V. shall remove all proof from its systems.
8. Use of common sense in regards to the usage of Internet Protocol (IP) Resources
Clients are required to use common sense when they are in doubt if an activity is acceptable. If you need to ask whether your activity is disallowed, it probably is.
9. Abuse Policy
Any form of abuse will result in an immediate termination, you are required to keep your service secure at all times.
10. VPNs, proxies or Tor (exit-)nodes
Services that anonymize traffic are forbidden. An example of this is the Tor service, you are not allowed to run any kind of traffic anonymizer and will get terminated immediately if you do so.
11. Best Effort
All RTM Networks B.V. Services are provided on a best effort basis and without any form of guarantees.
12. Bulk Mailing
Any form of bulk mailing is not allowed using IP space provided by RTM Networks B.V. or on its network. If you are found to break this rule, your service can get terminated immediately.
13. Copyright Infringement
RTM Networks B.V. does not condone copyright infringement. If you infringe on copyrights your service can get terminated immediately.
14. No Hand Holding
RTM Networks B.V. Services are provided for professionals and "captains of industry". There won't be any hand holding or support.
15. Accurate Account Details
Any information you provide needs to be kept up to date at all times, if you provide wrong information your service will get terminated immediately.
16. RIPE NCC Database Assignment
Your information will be used to create a RIPE NCC Database Assignment for the Internet Protocol (IP) resources you are using.
17. SMS Message Verification
Before your service is getting activated, RTM Networks B.V. can ask you verify the given phone number via SMS message.
18. Service Provisioning and Verification
Services are not automatically provisioned and accounts are not automatically verified. Please keep this in mind and wait at least four working days before inquiring about your order.
19. Email Address Verification
Your email address needs to be verified before your service is provisioned.
20. Controversial Services
You are not allowed to host controversial content and services on IP resources allocated by RTM Networks B.V.. If there is a good chance that other people think that what you are hosting is a problem, it is a problem.
21. Service Duration
Your service is provided for the duration of your billing cycle and may be discontinued afterwards.
22. Inflation Adjustment
After 12 months of service your service fee can get adjusted on a yearly basis if necessary.
23. No Reselling
Services are not allowed to be resold.
